Summary

I am a freelance Illustrator currently studying at Plymouth College of Art. My work is modern, humorous and exciting. I work in a range of styles, from hand-drawn portraits in pencil, ink or paint, hand-rendered type, to digitally created images using Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign. My inspirations are taken from nature, and the countryside i live in, music, pop culture, fashion and the abstract.

Qualifications

Plymouth College of Art and Design:

BA hons Degree in Illustration 2010-2013

This is the course i am currently on. I will receive my final degree in 2013, and am presently enjoying working in all aspects of Illustration, developing my style, and producing work to mock live briefs.

Somerset College of Art and Technology

Foundation Degree in Art and Design 2009-2010

I achieved a Merit on this course in September 2010, as well as having produced a large portfolio of work, from life-drawings to sculptures.


Exeter College

International Baccalaureate 2007-2009

I achieved a score of 31 on this highly academic course, which is the equivalent to 5-6 A Levels A-C. Art was a small part of this course, and it was during these two years that I realised it was the area i wanted to focus my future study on.
